The project aims to support teaching and capacity building in the digital humanities by focusing on three interconnected areas:
As one of eight national initiatives funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, Dig4Hum forms part of a broader effort to strengthen digital competencies in higher education. From 2025 onwards, the project will contribute to enhancing the digital understanding and capabilities of educators and students, ensuring that new digital technologies are meaningfully integrated into teaching and learning practices.
Center for Humanities Computing contributes by developing applications and cloud infrastructure tailored to the needs of the humanities, thereby supporting the project’s goal of advancing digitalisation in research and education.
