Dig4Hum

Dig4Hum is a national collaboration between the humanities faculties at Aarhus University, Aalborg University, the University of Copenhagen, the University of Southern Denmark, and Roskilde University. The project aims to support teaching and capacity building in the digital humanities by focusing on three interconnected areas:

  1. Discipline-specific digital skills development, offering training programmes for educators at both basic and advanced levels, strengthening educators’ digital competence.
  2. Expanding access to secure and supported digital tools through the UCLOUD infrastructure
  3. Fostering dialogue and development among educational leaders though a series of seminars.

As one of eight national initiatives funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, Dig4Hum forms part of a broader effort to strengthen digital competencies in higher education. From 2025 onwards, the project will contribute to enhancing the digital understanding and capabilities of educators and students, ensuring that new digital technologies are meaningfully integrated into teaching and learning practices.
